Le Creuset Silver Dollar Hots with Fruit and Whipped Cream
Ingredients
2 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
¼ cup all-purpose flour
1½ tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking soda
fresh seasonal fruit (optional)
whipped cream (optional)
Method
1. Beat eggs & whisk in other ingredients.
2. Drop 1 tablespoon batter unto pan per cake; nudging the batter into 2½ in diameter.
Cook until the top of the pancake is specked with bubbles and some have popped, then
Turn over and cook until underside is slightly browned.
3. Serve with fresh fruit & whipped cream.
Yields: Around 24 - 2½ pancakes
